About Us

Our Story

Well, hello there. We’re Emily Tarrant and Michael Rose. Nice to meet you! We’re based in St Just in the far west of Cornwall where we run Webfooted Designs together, building and maintaining small business websites.

We’re two regular humans running a regular small business together. Okay, “regular” might be pushing it a bit – we’re unashamedly geeky and are never happier than when we’re sat at our computers playing around with a bit of website code.

We know what it’s like to be a small business owner trying to do everything. From making that all-important first cup of coffee in the morning, to serving your clients, to working on your business development. The list can be never ending can’t it?

But you don’t need to do everything yourself. If you would like help with the fiddly job of managing your website give us a shout. It’s what we do best!

Why we are different

There are a lot of web designers out there. We know that it must be super-difficult trying to pick who to work with.

It’s important for you to get the right fit. So, if you want to work with a couple of real people, who won’t expect you to be computer experts yourself, then have a chat with us.

Our aim is to make the set-up process as straightforward as possible, and to build a relationship with you so that we can continue to support you over time. It is definitely not the case of “here’s your website, bye!”.

Our Team

The Webfooted Designs team is Emily Tarrant and Michael Rose. Okay, maybe “team” is stretching it a little bit when there are just the two of us … but we like to think of ourselves as a team!

Emily first started trading as Webfooted Designs in 2004 and we have been building websites together since 2006.

We’re unapologetically geeky. Michael is into comics and Emily is obsessed with zombies (what would your weapon of choice be in a zombie apocalypse?).

Apart from that, we’re jolly nice people and pride ourselves on always offering the best advice we can to our clients, not just suggesting complicated features for the sake of it.
